We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, as it was close to the airport and within walking distance to the south center mall. The hotel facilities were great and the parking was easy. The free breakfast provided was delicious and filling, perfect for starting our day.

The hotel has clean and comfortable rooms, providing good privacy for a relaxing stay. It is conveniently located close to SeaTac airport and the entrance to the I-5 freeway, making it easy to access. Additionally, it is within walking distance of the metro bus stop, allowing easy transportation to downtown Seattle.
Nothing we didn't like.
We loved the comfortable bed - it was a pleasant surprise. The clean sheets were of nice quality and at the perfect temperature for the season. Although the pillows felt lumpy, they were actually really comfortable. The hotel's location was great, with a shopping center, restaurants, gas station, and even a Walmart nearby. We also appreciated the convenience of being within walking distance of the metro bus stop, making it easy to get into downtown. The hotel's proximity to the South Center Mall was a definite plus, especially for those who enjoy shopping. The staff was generally okay, and the pool and hot tub were well-maintained and appeared to be regularly used and cleaned.
